What happens if I cancel Premium?
Premium stays active until the end of your paid period. After that, your account continues on Free. Your plants, care history, reminders and care guides remain available, and you can still export your account records. Deleting your account is a separate action in Settings.
Can I really use the app without paying?
Yes. Unlimited plants, all reminders, growth journal, care guides, data export, push notifications, dark mode — all free. Premium is only for AI features like Plant Doctor and plant identification.
What does AI Plant Doctor actually do?
It uses the care history you have saved and the photos or details you choose to share to suggest possible causes, questions to check and next steps. Treat it as plant-care guidance, not a guaranteed diagnosis.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We use privacy-filtered analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand how the app is used - no account details, no plant names, no notes, no photos, and no advertising profiles. We don’t sell your data, we don’t use ad-tracking cookies, and you can export or delete everything at any time.
